Products are generally non-returnable after successful delivery. This does not remove applicable consumer rights or remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect or misrepresented products. Contact support with your order reference to request assistance. Please share only information needed for the issue.

COD requires ₹100 advance per order. It is adjusted against the product total; it is not an extra charge. The rest is collected on delivery. The advance is not automatically non-refundable in all circumstances. Cancellation eligibility, refund method and processing timelines require merchant confirmation and must preserve applicable rights.

Orders & payment

The order total is the current product price multiplied by quantity, with ₹0 delivery charges on eligible PIN codes. UPI payments go to 87695bob@ybl. Opening a UPI app, scanning a QR or submitting a UTR does not verify payment. All payments remain pending until the merchant checks its bank records. COD orders are confirmed only after advance verification.

This store does not provide guaranteed health outcomes. Ingredients, directions, manufacturer and licence details are pending. Please obtain the complete verified product label before purchase. Ordering remains disabled until required information is complete.

Your information

When you order, we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address, chosen product, quantity and payment reference to process the order, verify payment and arrange delivery. We do not collect your UPI PIN or bank login information.

Order records are stored in the merchant database and synchronized to a private Google Spreadsheet accessible only to authorized staff. Necessary delivery information may be shared with the shipping provider. The WhatsApp link includes a generic enquiry and does not automatically share your order or personal information.

Essential session cookies secure checkout and admin access. No advertising or analytics cookies are included. Certain financial or operational records may need to be retained; contact and address fields can be erased from the database and synced sheet.
